Cancellation Policy

Session Details • Session Duration: 60 minutes • Location: In-studio • Professional Lighting & Posing Guidance Included • Private Online Gallery Delivery Preparation Guidelines • Arrive 10–15 minutes early • Come photo-ready (hair & makeup completed unless booked) •Coordinate outfits (neutral, elegant, or matching tones recommended) • Bring touch-up essentials Late arrival may reduce shooting time. Payment Policy • A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your booking. • No session date is reserved without deposit confirmation. • Payments are accepted via approved methods listed at checkout. Guest Policy(Specially for couple) • Session is for the booked couple only. •Children or pets must be discussed before booking. Baby Safety Policy • All props and surfaces are sanitized before each session. • A parent/guardian must remain present at all times. • Some poses are composite images created safely in editing. • We reserve the right to stop or modify poses for safety reasons. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. • One complimentary reschedule permitted. Image Delivery • Final edited images delivered within 7–14 business days after selection.(Via Dropbox link) • Expedited editing available for an additional fee. Editing Policy • Professional retouching included (skin smoothing, color correction, lighting adjustments). • Major body reshaping or heavy alterations are not included unless requested and may incur additional charges. Guest Policy • Session is for the booked couple only. • Additional participants must be approved prior to session. •Children or pets must be discussed before booking. Image Usage & Rights Keymax ProdZ retains copyright of all images. Clients receive personal usage rights (social media, printing, personal sharing). Commercial use requires written permission. Images may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing unless privacy is requested in writing before session. Damages & Studio Responsibility Clients are responsible for any intentional damage to studio equipment or property. Please handle props and furniture with care. Force Majeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, power outage, illness, etc.), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. .Agreement • By completing the booking process, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all studio policies.
