Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Booking & Retainer A payment is required to secure the event date. The event date will only be reserved once the payment and signed agreement are received. All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Coverage Time Event coverage will begin and end according to the hours specified in the booking agreement. Any additional time requested during the event may be subject to additional hourly fees, depending on availability. 3. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide accurate event details including date, time, and location. Ensure the photographer has reasonable access to the event and key moments. Inform the photographer in advance of any specific moments or people that must be photographed. 4. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery or digital download within 7-14 business days after the event. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the size and complexity of the event. 6. Artistic Style The client acknowledges that Keymax Prodz LLC maintains a consistent photographic style and creative approach. Final images are delivered based on the photographer’s professional judgment and artistic vision. 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling If the client cancels the event,10% of the repayment is non-refundable.Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. If the new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. 8. Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event that Keymax Prodz LLC is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of all payments received. 9. Copyright & Usage All images remain the copyright property of Keymax Prodz LLC. The client is granted a personal-use license to download, share, and print the photos for personal use. Commercial use or resale of images is not permitted without written permission. 10. Model Release The client grants Keymax Prodz LLC permission to use images from the event for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client. By booking an event photography service with Keymax Prodz LLC, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
