Cancellation Policy

By booking photography services with Keymax Prodz LLC, you confirm that you're agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Event Information The Client agrees to provide accurate event details including: Event date Event location Event start and end time Special moments or requested coverage The Photographer will arrive at the agreed scheduled time and provide coverage according to the booked package. 2. Booking & Retainer Fee A non-refundable retainer fee of 10% is required to secure the event date. The event date will not be reserved until the retainer is paid. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. 3. Coverage Time The contract includes coverage for the number of hours selected in the booking package. Additional time requested on the event day may be accommodated if available and will be billed at $100 per additional hour. 4. Image Delivery Clients will receive professionally edited images delivered through an online gallery. Delivery timeframe: Events: 7–14 business days Weddings: 3–6 Weeks Images will be downloadable in high resolution. USB delivery for platinum Wedding plan. 5. Editing & Artistic Style Keymax Prodz LLC maintains full creative control over editing and artistic style. The Client acknowledges that: Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s portfolio. RAW or unedited images are not provided. 6. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to: Ensure the photographer has access to the venue Inform the photographer of important moments to capture Provide a safe working environment The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to: Late schedules Venue restrictions Lack of cooperation from participants 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation If the Client cancels the event: The retainer fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once if notice is provided at least 7 days before the event, subject to photographer availability. 8. Photographer Cancellation If the photographer is unable to attend due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances: Keymax Prodz LLC will: Attempt to provide a replacement photographer, OR Provide a full refund of payments received.
